Cal Delta Plumbing incorporated was established in 1983, currently owned and operated by its Founder Guy Tankersley. His son David Bernhard is the companies Vice President and 3rd generation plumber. 

-The year 2023 Marks the companies 40th year in business. 

We’ve seen major changes in the industry - from new technology creating efficiencies in business operations, to needing a strategic digital presence for reaching new, younger customers that search online, to watching our veteran professionals retire while facing a shortage of young adults entering the trade. We are facing these changes head-on in 2021.

With a revitalized board of directors and a new executive director, we’re providing a new approach to member networking events, online educational resources with a new website and expanding our marketing efforts for our contractor and affiliate members to leverage.

To contribute to the 138,000 technicians that are needed by 2022, we’re dedicated to providing young adults an accessible pathway to begin their career with proper training, mentoring and employment resources.

I’m excited about the events, programs and new partnerships we are forging and am honored to serve as your President during this time of change and revitalization.
